Made it to the Slam comedy finals again!

I had so much fun entering into the Canada Monologue Slam back in May, I knew I had to do it again (to be honest, I’m kind of hooked now and will definitely not be stopping).

Set It Up, written and created by Katie Silberman, is one of my favourite new Netflix rom-coms, and Zoey Deutch is the kind of actor who has snuck up on me as someone I admire and want to emulate. Also something I’m learning? Comedy is hard. But it’s something I want to continue practicing, because these are the kinds of stories I want to tell.
